RETURNS:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.

**Some products are made-to-order and are non refundable, please read the product description carefully to see if a product is made-to-order.**

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@freshbrewedtees.com for instructions on returning damaged goods.  Damaged items will be replaced by an item of the same style and size.

 

REFUNDS:

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  Most credits will be received within 3 to 4 days of refund processing depending on the card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a mistake made on our part.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

ORDER CHANGES:

You have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to modify your order.  After 24 hours your order will be shipped with the products ordered and to the shipping address entered on order.
