- When will I receive my order?

Answer: Depending on demand, it typically takes 4 business days for handling.  The handling time does NOT include shipping time.  Shipping time is based on the shipping method selected.

 

 

- Can I pay for overnight shipping?

Answer: We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

 

 

- Why didn't I receive a confirmation email regarding my order?

Answer: Please double check your email address to make sure it was added correctly. If your card was charged, the order was received.  You may need to check your spam folder for the confirmation email.

 

 

- Why can't I reach anyone over the phone?

Answer: We have previously offered our number online, but because of the volume of calls we’re receiving, we have removed the number from our site. The decision was made in order to be more efficient, not to ignore your requests. We have a team dedicated to answering customer service emails via customerservice@freshbrewedtees.com and we’re answering them as quickly as we can.

 

 

- Canadian Customers: Why am I being charged more than what I paid for?

Answer: The dollar amount you see on our website is in USD. 

 

 

- Why did my size change upon checkout?

Answer: Before you submit your order, please check to make sure the size(s) is correct.
